Orders and Shipping

Browse our product catalog, select the refrigerant or accessory you need, choose your quantity, and follow the secure checkout process. You can pay using all major credit cards, debit cards, and other accepted payment methods. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation immediately.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also support PayPal and other secure digital payment options available at checkout.

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email notification with your tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s tracking page, or log into your Smart Refrigerants account and navigate to ‘My Orders’ to view live delivery updates.

If your estimated delivery date has passed and your order has not arrived, first check the tracking information in your account or confirmation email. If the tracking shows no movement or you still cannot locate your package, contact our support team at support@smartrefrigerants.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Yes. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for most products and destinations. Delivery time estimates and costs for each shipping option are displayed before you complete your purchase so you can choose the option that best fits your timeline.

Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and your delivery location. You will see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you confirm your order. We also offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders check our current offers on the Shop page.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Refrigerants that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to safety and regulatory requirements. Please review our full Refund and Return Policy page for complete details.

To start a return, contact our support team at support@smartrefrigerants.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions. Please do not ship any items back without first obtaining an RMA number.

Yes, exchanges are available for unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Contact our support team to arrange an exchange and we will guide you through the process. Please note that any price differences between products will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Opened refrigerant canisters, cylinders that have been used or partially discharged, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned. This policy exists for safety, regulatory compliance, and the protection of all our customers. Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for the complete list of non-returnable items.

If the return is due to a defect, damage on arrival, or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost in full. For returns due to change of mind or incorrect ordering, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3–5 business days for our team to inspect and process it. You will receive an email notification confirming that your return has been received and your refund or exchange is being processed.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is processed. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been issued.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will prioritize your case and arrange an immediate replacement or full refund whichever you prefer at no additional cost to you.
